Working with alongside members of our team, qualified designers provide site search and selection services from a design perspective. Typical drawing services include; Planning drawings, fabrication drawings, detailed design drawings, 3D design and space planning.

Detailed design drawings can  be provided with all supporting specifications, along with appropriate Health and Safety Plans. Final preparation of the ‘as-built’ drawings can be issued to ensure accurate and reliable site records are maintained.

Throughout the design process, we ensure “Value Engineering” at all stages to achieve the right balance of safety, cost, quality, buildability and future requirements.

We also undertake Building Regulation submissions to ensure the necessary compliance where required
